As I was getting older so many of the activities I used to do were becoming too aggressive for my body. Bikram Yoga challenges me physically and at the same time is completely sustainable for the rest of my life. As Bikram says “it’s never too late, you are never too old, never to sick to start from scratch again.”
- David M.
I originally sough out Bikram Yoga as another means of physical exercise. After years of practice, I have found so much more than just the physical challenge. The class challenges me mentally as well. I leave feeling like I have completely reset my mind to think more clearly and I have worked my whole body from my head to my toes. Bikram will definitely be part of my life for a long time.
