Bikram Yoga Riverhead offers small group classes 3 days a week and private, one on one sessions. At Bikram Yoga Riverhead, we embrace Bikram yoga as not just a practice, but a way of life. We believe in its therapeutic benefits and view it as an integral part of a holistic approach to health and wellness. Our mission is to provide a sustainable practice that is accessible to all, regardless of age or body type, empowering individuals to embark on their journey towards improved physical and mental well-being.

Heather Quinlan

Heather is a seasoned Bikram yoga instructor with a passion for sharing the transformative power of this practice. Her journey with Bikram Yoga began in 2002 when Heather discovered its profound healing benefits for both the mind and body. In 2012, Heather embarked on a journey to deepen her practice and understanding by attending teacher training in Los Angeles. Since then, Heather has dedicated 12 years to teaching Bikram yoga, guiding students across the globe on their path to wellness.

With a teaching career that spans various corners of the world, including Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico, as well as owning a successful studio in Boston, Heather has had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the universal impact of Bikram yoga. Her teaching style is rooted in the belief that yoga is a powerful tool for holistic healing and self-discovery. She is deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive space where students of all backgrounds and abilities can experience the profound benefits of Bikram yoga, both on and off the mat.
